The Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere (NAVI), in partnership with Visa, announced the launch of a new large-scale recruitment campaign called NAVI Visa Academy. This initiative aims to support talented young players and give them the opportunity to take their first steps in professional esports. For many young esports enthusiasts, this could be a pivotal moment in their careers, opening the path to the broader esports world.
This was reported by Gadgetnews.space.
The NAVI Visa Academy project is designed to select the most promising players aged 14 to 17, who have the potential to make a mark on the esports scene. The requirements for candidates are quite stringent but clear: having an ELO rating above 2600 on the FACEIT platform, proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher, no current contracts with other esports clubs, and no bans for foul play. This ensures that only the strongest and fairest players, who have the best chances of success, are selected.
The recruitment campaign involves a three-stage selection process, each requiring participants not only to demonstrate a high level of gameplay but also the ability to adapt to different conditions. The first stage involves selecting gifted players through online applications. During this stage, NAVI Visa Academy will choose the most promising participants, who will then compete against each other in an online tournament. Based on the results of this tournament, the top 10 players will be chosen to advance to the next stage.
Berlin training camp and the path to NAVI Youth
The second stage is a two-week training camp held at the NAVI office in Berlin. Participants will have the opportunity to improve their skills under the guidance of top esports coaches. During this period, they will not only refine their gaming abilities but also continue to compete against each other for a spot in the final five.
The third and final stage is the selection of the top five players, who will earn a place on the NAVI Youth roster. This is a unique opportunity for young talents to become part of one of the world’s most renowned esports organizations, which has long established itself as a leader in developing esports talent.
The NAVI Visa Academy project is further evidence that esports continues to grow in Ukraine, attracting more and more young talents. The collaboration with a global brand like Visa highlights the organizers' serious intent to create the best possible conditions for nurturing future esports stars. This initiative not only expands opportunities for young players but also promotes the development of esports culture in Ukraine and worldwide.
According to statistics, the number of young players aspiring to join professional esports teams is increasing every year. Thanks to projects like NAVI Visa Academy, talented teenagers have the chance to reach a new level, turning their hobby into a profession. This, in turn, contributes to the growing popularity of esports and elevates its status as a full-fledged sports discipline.
Applications for participation in NAVI Visa Academy can be submitted on the project’s official website. It’s a simple process that allows quick entry into the selection. However, it's important to remember that the competition will be fierce, as the project attracts the most promising young players not only from Ukraine but also from other countries.
We can only hope that this initiative will be successful and help discover new names in the world of esports, while NAVI continues to delight its fans with new victories and achievements on the international stage. Participants in the project will gain not only the opportunity to become part of an esports team but also invaluable experience that will aid them in their future careers.
NAVI Visa Academy is a step into the future for young players who aspire to achieve their dreams and become professional esports athletes. Through their joint efforts, NAVI and Visa are creating unique opportunities for the development of future stars, and now is the time to take advantage of these opportunities.
